Derek has over 15 years experience and has completed 1000's appraisals over the years. He is considered one of the top residential appraisers in Minnesota. His education consists of a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Studies from the University of St Thomas, an SRA designation from the prestigious Appraisal Institute, and has a State Certified Residential Appraiser License from the State of Minnesota. The education and certifications assure you that his credentials are at the top end of all residential appraisers.
